GEC achievement is the optimization of pile length from originally 34 m into 25 m with allowable capacity 800 tons and substantial saving excavation method. The cemented sands achieve friction as high as 350 - 400 kPa and the design consider raft capacity to carry the load.

Difficult subsoil condition (soft soils) with varying depth of bearing layer causing piling with different depths. GEC helped the contractor to supervise and optimize the piling and save pile waste by accurately determining the zoning of pile length due to soft soil layer, instead of pilling in the beginning of the project, excavation was conducted first prior to pile mass production.
